Marjoram

Marjoram originates from the Mediterranean area. It has an aroma and a flavor reminiscent of mint or basil. The marjoram is part of the herbs of Provence. It goes wonderfully with tomatoes, zucchini, poultry and fish. To be added at the end of cooking.
