Sea Lettuce Seaweed

Sea Lettuce Seaweed has a bright green color, with ruffled-edged leaves. It can be eaten raw in a salad or mixed with other vegetables. It has a soft texture but a strong iodized flavor. When dried its aromas develop but become rather pungent. That is why it is best used as a seasoning for soups or salads.
