Brittanian Sea Urchins

Brittanian Sea Urchins are small, rounded and spiny seafood found on rocky shore. Sea urchins are from the same family as starfish, sand dollars and sea cucumbers and can be found in sea water.
They can be of different colors, from purple to dark brown. Inside, their flesh is a rust-coloured paste. Sea urchin is a fresh, salty, colourful and extremely creamy seafood which melts in your mouth.

Uses: 

Chefs can use Galician sea urchins in a variety of dishes to add a touch of elegance and sophistication. They can be used as a garnish or topping on sushi, incorporated into pasta dishes or risottos, or even used as a flavoring agent in sauces and dressings.
