Pink Lautrec Garlic
Pink Lautrec Garlic is harvested in early summer, it is then, placed in a dry area to cure for a month. The papery covering is then peeled away to reveal the beautiful pink cloves. It has a sweet and pungent taste with hints of horseradish.
