Farmed Faroe Salmon offers many possibilities to delight gourmets:

Gravlax: Prepare a marinade with salt, sugar, dill and juniper berries. Coat fresh salmon with this mixture and marinate in the refrigerator. Then serve in thin slices for an elegant aperitif.
