Tomato Marmande from Provence

Marmande tomato is a French heirloom fruit from Marmande, in the Lot et Garonne region, they are grown in greenhouses. The Marmande tomato is part of the beefsteak tomato variety.

This tomato has a bright red colour and is medium-large size. Marmande tomatoes are considered as a well-flavoured sweet fruit with a hint of bitterness and a very juicy generous flesh.

Marmande is an early-ripening tomato, usually harvested during the summer.
