

Turbot
Turbot is widely recognised as one of the finest fish in the sea. Turbot is a flatfish, quite large with small flakes, delicate and a generous meat thanks to its size, you can easily do a dozen servings.
It has a white flesh, really thick in the centre but soft and it has a medium oily flavour.
We can describe it as a subtle seafood with rich flavour and with a texture which melts in your mouth.
