Green Kiwi

Green Kiwi fruits are know to be produced in Italy but it is originally native of China. Its name comes from the New Zealander "kivi-kivi". This green fruit is rich in vitamin C, a single fruit covers the recommended intake for a day!

It is the king of sweet and savoury. The green kiwi lends itself equally well to desserts, starters or main courses. The kiwi is a fruit very well endowed with vitamin E (1.2 mg/100 g), a vitamin with antioxidant properties.
