We are in direct contact with and regularly audited and monitored by the competent authorities for the export of food products to guarantee that all export documents conform.

We interact daily with;

SRAL Service Régional de l’Alimentation, preparation of phytosanitary certificates, and from October 2021 the TRACES NT registration. These certificates are mandatory when exporting plants.

DRAAF Direction Régionale de l’Alimentation de l’Agriculture et de la Forêt, for the establishment of CERTEX (export certificates); processed products not containing animal food ;

DDPP Direction Départementales de la Protection des Populations, Health Certificate validation (for all destinations) via the Expadon / Trace site for all products containing animal products (meat, dairy products, seafood).

CCI Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie, to create the required product certificates of origin according to recipient countries regulations.

DRIEAT Direction Régionale et Interdépartementale de l'Environnement, de l'Aménagement et des Transports, to establish and validate CITES certificates (the Convention for International trade in Endangered Species of wild Fauna and Flora) for the marketing and export of caviar.

DIRECTION RÉGIONALE DES DOUANES :  to establish AEDs - export documents for the shipment of alcohol.
